Car broke down on way home to Lynchburg. I looked online for a good shop and found By Word of Mouth. Had car towed there. Great service! Great people! Great prices! Highly recommend. Will bring my car back from Lynchburg to them for future work. They are THAT good!
I made an appointment three weeks prior to coming in today. I needed tires rotated, install a light bar and for them to order me one new tire. I walk in at 8 am, they tell me they never ordered my tire, say it will take at least a week to come in and that I would have to make another appointment. I said okay, just do the light bar. I've had Matthew work in my cars exclusively for over 20 years. Until I moved to Minnesota. He still takes care of cars for my family back East who will drive 2 hours and hang out in town while his guys do their great work. More than my mechanic. Matthew IS family.
