7516 Bluebonnet Ste 169 is not an office for doing business. It's a POBox mailbox at a UPS store that no longer exists.
When I initially called they came right out and were super professional. They didn't come back to do the roofing on the original date they said they would but they did come. The roof was replaced and they were suppose to come back the following day to repair the walls inside. They didn't show back up. I called numerous of times. Within that period of time it rained and it started leaking worse than it was before. They never came back to complete the job and I haven't been able reach them ever since. Avoid this company!
They replaced my roof and now it leaks. The leak has destroyed interior Sheetrock. They didn't honor the warranty and wouldn't fix the leaks. The owner Virgil told me " I will caulk it, have a nice day". He never even showed up for that. Told me flashing is not part of a roofing bid. My roof leaks where it never leaked before "By the Specs" did the work. Buyers beware.
