This facility was a wonderful facility until the last 30 days before it CLOSED. Please answer your phone or go to the mail annex and give them permission to release the mail that is accumulating for the residents that you displaced!!! Voice mail is full and no on will return calls. It is a shame, because you have been paid for the residents of the home and now you will not give them their mail !!!!
