I went to get my Uncle’s will notarized and I said we wanted to get two witnesses and we wanted the document notarized. The notary said that it was not allowed in California. She said she was a notary for 30 years and it’s illegal (I’m also a notary) and she refused to notarize the document. She said a notarized will with two witnesses could be invalidated which I know is not true. Fantastic service highly recommend, a+ experience
Except for a very few bad reviews, this place is getting very good reviews. I do not know why some people have felt so bad about the service? My experience has been excellent. I hired By The People to move my home into my trust. But then I wondered if my lender would have issues with that, so I asked By The People to delay the filing until I get approval from my lender. In fact, this was a condition of my loan and I am glad I checked with my lender. When I was finally was approved by the lender, I called By The People again.... read more
