Did not honor my appointment. Booked an appointment, showed up early as requested. No room to sit in the waiting area. So I waited outside until two minutes before my appointment, then used the intercom to call in as described by the confirmation email. Was met at the door and taken back to the salon... along with three other people that I didn't know. When we got there, I was asked to wait outside because there wasn't enough room.
