So many negative reviews and ugly things being said about Ron, but that was not my experience. I rented from Ron for 10 years, so I have a dealt with him and Kendall for quite some time. I was young when I moved into my rental. I had a lot of financial issues early on in my lease amongst other problems. Ron gave me lots of grace. I eventually grew up, got it together, and became a good tenant. At least I think I was a good tenant lol I moved out last month and left the apartment clean. I have nothing but nice things to say about Ron and Kendall. After looking for places for several weeks, and being frustrated with no responses to email or phone calls, it was refreshing to reach a professional that promptly returned my call & was willing to show me the rental the very next day. Kendall is who I’ve spoken to since renting and she is always friendly and helpful, whether I call or stop by office.
