Can not get any better I have been taking my cat to this Animal Clinic for years and they are one of the best.They are freindly and really care about your pet and prices are reasonable to.There office has more of a at home feel to it ,they also have alot of staff to take care of all the animals that need it
When our West Highland Terrier needed services and our vet could not be reached, the staff at the Animal Care Clinic stepped in and attained to our beloved pet as they would a patient of theirs. They even came to our house to get him to the doctor when I was home with him and unable to transport him.
Absolutely POOR customer service. Customer service would imply the have any... which they don't. When they operate, they will not even call you to tell you if your pet is okay. Even when you ask them to call, they never do. There is absolutely no communication between the staff. They are clueless!!!! They never read their chart so they know what they are supposed to do.
