This was my first visit to By Grace Salon, and I had a delightful experience! Kristi was lovely to chat with and took the time to listen to exactly what I wanted. She made me feel comfortable throughout the whole appointment. I absolutely love how my hair turned out—it looks amazing and beautiful. The salon was welcoming, and had a wonderful atmosphere. I can’t recommend this hairstylist enough! I’m not from Abilene so I was a little scared to get a haircut just because I’m knew to the area but my experience was absolutely amazing — she really pays attention to detail and knows exactly how to make your hair look its best. She did an amazing job on how I explained how I wanted my hair and she is very very sweet lady and walking into a shop just felt instant relaxation good environment
I discovered this salon about a year ago. I was new to the area and Kristi was super sweet and easy to talk to. She made me feel comfortable and did an awesome job on my hair. I was in desperate need of a color correction and she explained everything upfront about potential costs and it needing to be more than one session so as not to damage my hair.
