An exceptional dining experience built on great ingredients and genuine hospitality. The staff answered all our questions about sourcing and preparation with confidence. The dining room was clean, spacious, and relaxed. A restaurant that truly cares about quality.

We had dinner at By George on 9/13/2026. We had a stellar experience with both food and service. Server Deonna was exceptional at her job. Food was top notch. And I will always remember this restaurant as the place I had the best old fashioned cocktail. I consider myself an old fashioned snob, and the mixologist who created the version By George serves deserves an award. Highly recommend all around.
Wrong hours - do not go out of your way unless you’ve made reservations or talked to someone on the phone
We had an absolutely wonderful dining experience, and Ari was a major part of what made it so special! Her customer service, attention to detail, and genuine hospitality were exceptional.
