I had a great experience renting with By Design Realty. Frank was always super communicative and quick to respond to any maintenance requests. The whole experience felt smooth and well-managed. I would highly recommend renting with them. They genuinely take great care of their tenants!
I had a great experience as a tenant renting from By Design Realty. The property was well-maintained and process was smooth from move in to move out and everything in between.
Rented from them, they never responded to maintenance requests. It's terrible to get ahold of anyone from this company, and when we had to move out due to personal circumstances we had to remind them of leasing laws in order to get them to do their jobs.
Rented from them a few years ago, but whenever looking for a new house, I always check their website because they were great. They have stood out compared to all the other companies we've rented from and I highly recommend.
