We built our home in Southington, CT using Johnny Carrier and his team. While I'm sure they aren't the cheapest builder around, with them you get what you pay for, which is QUALITY. When they do things, they do it right. They also back their homes with a 5 year warranty as well. This is my first time purchasing a home, this is my 'forever home' and I am grateful I used ByCarrier.
In my experience it's a very rare occasion when you encounter a business that not only resets a bar of excellence but then redefines the rules for all the others. Our home purchase from ByCarrier is one of those very rare businesses. We were looking to purchase a new build property in Mystic but found it difficult to find a builder we could feel confident in our purchase desires.
