I’ve purchased multiple pieces of jewelry and also got a ring custom made by By Baby. I’m very pleased with the jewelry but even more impressed by the customer service. I’ve had my bracelets repaired when the clasp broke and also had my ring resized. The staff are incredible and really deliver “above and beyond” service. I will continue to be a customer for a long time thanks to the products and the service!

Such a beautiful store! All the jewellery is so delicate and unique. The girls are sweethearts and are super patient with me wanting to try many things on. I had 9 piercings in total in my ears - got 2 more the other day by Tamsyn and she was amazingggg! So sweet, so accommodating and willing to clean all other jewellery, which is all by baby too😇
Over the years i have purchase a few items as gifts and personal items. I found the girls easy to deal with and always super friendly. We had a custom made ring made and they took great care in knowing our needs for this piece and what they delivered was spot on. All pieces ( rings / chains / earing's / charms ) purchased have been of great quality and designed beautifully.
