If I could share a negative star I would. I used to work in the Prudential building in Boston, that Boston Properties manages, and over the years they have consistently proven they do not have the best interest of the thousands of people who work in the building especially the mall. The huge asymmetry of the real estate market in the area gives way too much power to landlords and real estate agencies that abuse it. Terrible customer relationship, poor digitization (a check to get the deposit back?!), crazy prices (& inflation rates), poor apartment conditions and what not.
