In terms of BWS alone, I am a local and when I see an Indian guy who I think is a manager (I keep forgetting to ask his name), he looks after me every time and knows what I'll come in for. Has also suggested other products of the same calibre. 10/10 customer service and I'm always happy to see him when I come in. Everyone is great, but he's my favorite and so friendly.
The service was fantastic and the staff are very friendly highly recommended
Server at the bar at 5:55pm on the 31st of December is so rude. Not professional at all, no greetings or anything, very passive and not welcoming.
