I am actually really shaken up after popping into the BWS on Merthyr tonight. My friend and I stopped in around 8:50pm, thinking we were at the location that closed at 10pm. Clearly we were mistaken as the staff aggressively warned us that we only had a few minutes left. I was rushing to get what I needed as we could hear the staff practically counting down the time. I had asked the staff member if they had a specific product and he simply said no and once again reminded me I had minimal time left, not once offering to help ... read more
