My mum and I frequently shop at bws forest hill, the staff members are always helpful and friendly and always are great to have a chat with us while serving us Ollie helped me out, picking a nice gin for a Christmas present which was well loved. It’s nice to see a friendly bunch of staff before an after work beverage!
Would rate my shopping experience except there was none as it was closed. At 3pm. Nobody knew why or when it would open.
