Been buying Coopers stout from here for 2 years - i have about a 50% hit rate of actually in stock, so last week I did my monthly suggestion that they bump their orders to accommodate the interminable shortfall. Tonight, they had stock, but told me how rude I was (by questioning their stock policy). I suggested they consider how arrogant they are to customers if we aren't worth listening to. I walked into this bottle shop to purchase a bottle 🍼 of 🍷 wine to give to a friend we were invited for dinner. Joel, who was the store manager this evening, was very incredibly warm and friendly, helpful , attentive, and a plus a broad product knowledge of what was on offer - without the typical pushy sales pitch you experiencedthese days.
