Such a disappointing experience. Booked a massage with Ashley online, received the email confirmation. Called the day before to switch from a 90 minute to a 60 minute and was told I wasn't on the schedule so she was glad I called. The next day I got a babysitter, took off work, and was so looking forward to an hour away break from the daily grind.
