Absolutely terrible! Don’t ever go near any of these properties the pictures are not what it looks like in real life. Stained couches, chairs, tears, gross pillows and sheets. Amenities in the unit are garbage. Go ANYWHERE BUT HERE! Waste of $! Feel as though the host/owner misrepresented and duped me. I WILL NEVER come to Florida again because of him!
Please take reviews seriously. DO NOT BOOK THROUGH THIS COMPANY. We booked with them through Airbnb and they did not deliver at all. The place was filthy upon arrival. Stained furniture, remnants from the last family still in the closets, marked walls, ripped patio furniture........ On top of this the hotel, Hyde Resorts and Residences have only two elevators working. 20 minutes any time you need to take the elevator. We have filed formal complaints with Airbnb and dealing with owners association now. stay away
We had a horrible experience with this place. I can't imagine how they even stay in business. Along with all the many other people remarking about poor facilities and service, we experienced the same. It was trials and headaches the whole time. "Luxury" is the exact opposite of this place. It's completely worn out and filthy. We went to the mat with management for a refund. Avoid at all costs.

Misleading refund policy . VRBO site says 100% refund before certain date and I canceled well before . They took 2 weeks and with held $200 . Terrible communication . Stay away .
