I rented property in May, 2024 for January 2025. BW Miami Vacation Rentals had no problem accepting my nearly $1800 deposit. But when it came closer to the final payment date, I sensed something was amiss. BW only chooses to communicate through the Vrbo website. Attempts to speak with a live person were a wasted effort. Absolutely terrible! Don’t ever go near any of these properties the pictures are not what it looks like in real life. Stained couches, chairs, tears, gross pillows and sheets. Amenities in the unit are garbage. Go ANYWHERE BUT HERE! Waste of $! Feel as though the host/owner misrepresented and duped me. I WILL NEVER come to Florida again because of him!

Please take reviews seriously. DO NOT BOOK THROUGH THIS COMPANY. We booked with them through Airbnb and they did not deliver at all. The place was filthy upon arrival. Stained furniture, remnants from the last family still in the closets, marked walls, ripped patio furniture........ On top of this the hotel, Hyde Resorts and Residences have only two elevators working. 20 minutes any time you need to take the elevator. We have filed formal complaints with Airbnb and dealing with owners association now. stay away
