1 word answer to my question then hung up. Had to call back for my follow up questions. I would rather go without than give them business.
I came in looking for crutches and saw some. The lady and gentleman in the store looked as if they were ready to leave. Before I could finish my sentence the lady told me “oh we don’t have those go elsewhere they have everything” the crutches were right there she just didn’t want to help me.
I called this medical supply store ahead of time to make sure they accept UnitedHealthcare for a blood pressure cuff. They said yes, but we’d need a written prescription. So I went out of my way and wasted my entire day going back to the doctor to get it. When I showed up, the woman working there was incredibly rude and dismissive.
