I came in looking for crutches and saw some. The lady and gentleman in the store looked as if they were ready to leave. Before I could finish my sentence the lady told me “oh we don’t have those go elsewhere they have everything” the crutches were right there she just didn’t want to help me.

I called this medical supply store ahead of time to make sure they accept UnitedHealthcare for a blood pressure cuff. They said yes, but we’d need a written prescription. So I went out of my way and wasted my entire day going back to the doctor to get it. When I showed up, the woman working there was incredibly rude and dismissive. She didn’t listen to a single thing I said. The woman working here is unbelievably rude and unprofessional. Doesn’t listen, cuts you off instead of actually helping. If you ask a question, she lectures you instead. It’s a medical supply store, basic respect and communication should not be too much to expect. Save yourself the frustration and go somewhere else!
