This company came out for some warranty repairs on my Air Conditioning coils, they stated that the coils were dirty so the warranty company said they would not do further repairs on this issue until the unit was cleaned and said BW Masterson would do it for \$325. I called another company out which said that they would clean it for \$150 and when they got out here they said that the coils were the cleanest coils that they had ever seen and that the coils needed to be replaced by the warranty company because the drip pan was ... read more
Best service in town I had numerous problems with my heat pump. The first company told me I needed a new part. They would not return my callls for two days when it was still broken. I had another company come over and two of their "technicians" told me to let it cool down because it was too hot. And they didnt find anything wrong! Justin came out and found that the compressor was bad. he went and picked it up and changed it. Thank you guys for not giving me the run around and doing a great job!
