Brian Watkins (Owner) came out and met with my parents. Hand drew a plan for a deck that had (15) 4x4 support posts. Who does that?!?! Not up to code these days. Took 50% payment. Said he would get a permit and never did. Showed up and tore out their stairs and dug holes. Called my parents for more money and has not even delivered materials on site yet. That was back in April.
