I’ve been with BW Brody for 15 years — which in job years is like staying married to your high school sweetheart for 50 years. If this was some soulless, faceless corporation, (Which basically describes every other management company around here) I’d have left a decade ago. But it’s not. It’s family-owned, which means I work with everyone from the owner of the company to the maintenance crew every single day. As a tenant living here for 4+ years now, one thing that has remained consistent about BWB is how fast management takes care of maintenance requests. I have never had any issues with something not getting repaired. I can personally vouch that the management team takes care of all their tenants here! Love living here.
Fantastic management company I’ve lived at one of their buildings for 4 years. The management is attentive, the maintenance team is quick and skilled, and the building was well kept and cleaned multiple times a week. Truly a great company.
