I live at Metro Art Sherman Oaks in Sherman Oaks, and I’ve had a wonderful experience with BW Brody managing the building. The property is consistently well maintained, clean, and clearly cared for. You can really see the attention to detail in the upkeep of the common areas and overall management of the property. A big part of what makes living here so great is our building manager. Where to even begin with the disrespect we experienced as tenants at BWB/MetroArt. It’s honestly disappointing because we loved the location, many of the neighbors, and our unit. The biggest problem wasn’t the building itself—it was the management company and how they treated tenants. In our experience, they do not operate with professionalism or enforce their own lease agreements. We have lived at Metro Art, Sherman Oaks for almost 2 years and the experience has been excellent. The apartments are spacious,well appointed and well maintained. The common areas, including a pool, several outside seating areas, a lounge and a gym are all inviting. The building is quiet and clean. The location is very walkable, with several supermarkets, a library and restaurants nearby. The building manager, Brenda, is a treasure, responsive to all tenant needs in a very timely manner. We’re happy to be here!
An incredible place to call home. Well run building, can't say enough good things about the experience. Mike is truly a rock star. A plus plus!!!
