I purchased a 2007 Chevrolet Equinox from B&W on May 3rd. Within 24 hours, the check engine light came on, On May 9th I paid B&W to replace a canister purge valve. On June 9th after taking my car to a reliable mechanic I found out the part was never replaced by B&W. This was proven when my call/text asking about the warranty for the part was ignored.
I needed my wife’s car ac recharged. Every shop I called told me the earliest they could get me in was Friday. Well my wife is going to the beach Thursday morning so that didn’t work. Blake and his crew were able to get me in the same day and now the ac runs ice cold. Their customer service and service was top notch and I will be going back
