Took my vehicle to them in the summer of 2025 to have my AC fixed. When I picked it up, it was working great. In the summer of 2026 it quit working again. They told me to bring it back in as it was covered under warranty. They then proceeded to tell me that the AC had a leak that they could not find with the tools they have and that I needed to take it to a specialty shop. Then what did I pay you $1300 for last summer??? Very disappointed especially trying to support local businesses. Feel taken advantage of.
Absolutely horrible on the truck out of state and it took them two months to even send the title to my bank. I tried to sell it back to them and they only offered me $5000 less than what I paid. They told me a whole bunch of work was done to the truck and then there was receipts after I bought the truck. I asked them for my records and they said they could not find them overall the entire process was shady and they do unjust business.
