Dr Dalal is a great doctor who spends his time with you and is very thorough. The girl at the front desk is as friendly and sweet as pie. My experience has been excellent. Five stars.
Don’t bother trying to go to this place. I have been trying for over a month to make an appointment. I got the run around. No one would return calls. They are completely unprofessional
Had been with him for ~10 years. I saw him Friday. He was very dismissive of my symptoms, and I HAD A MINOR HEART ATTACK THIS MORNING! He didn’t care when I told him. At all.
If I could give this practice no stars that's what I would do. For a month now my fiance has been calling this office to schedule a new patient appointment. The first phone call the receptionist told him that she would get all his records etc from the previous provider and would call back. A week goes by nothing. From that point on it's been the same thing, the doctor hasn't had a chance to look over anything but when he lets me know something either myself or he will call you back. They never call back!
