As a woman who lived alone while renting from this company, they did nothing to protect me from a male homeowner who would come over to the property at all hours of the day and night, including on weekends. At one point, the owner of the property had other men drive by the home on multiple occasions, come over unannounced during the night and on weekends, and enter the property without permission. We recently transitioned our HOA away from BVW after one year of management due to ongoing concerns with communication, project follow-through, and financial transparency.
