Horrilbe management company. Required me to complete application before answering any questions about properties. Refused to allow me to schedule viewings for more than 2 properties, which is major inconvinience since I am coming from out of state. Extremely rude in email, horrible slow response. If this is how they treat prospective clients before the lease is signed, imagine how they would treat you as a tenant.
If I could give less then 1 star I would. I moved into 1054 Amity Ave April 16, 2021. Not even a few hrs of me moving most of my stuff in the house I turned on the heat and bed bugs started coming out out the heater vents. It was a Friday after hours I wasn’t able to talk to anyone I called emergency maintenance and they sent a exterminator out that following Wednesday to confirm they where bed bugs and he let me and the property management know that they have been in the house well before I moved in.
