Disappointed. I can’t ever get ahold of anyone after calling and emailing and posting on the portal over and over to ask about a charge on my account that shouldn’t be there. It’s been a month trying to get ahold of them with 0 response. They seem to be really going down hill in the past few months
Updating review to say that a check was received after this review was posted online dated 07/28. No refund check was received before that, and mail was checked daily. The remainder of my review remains the same post-response from BVW. While the owner of the home cannot come inside the home without 24-hour notice, I was told by BVW that ultimately there was nothing they could do about him being outside of the home since it was outside of the home. I was just picking up checks but I was treated very well. Nice building, very clean.
As a woman who lived alone while renting from this company, they did nothing to protect me from a male homeowner who would come over to the property at all hours of the day and night, including on weekends. At one point, the owner of the property had other men drive by the home on multiple occasions, come over unannounced during the night and on weekends, and enter the property without permission.
