Everything went smooth no problems enjoyed working with them.
The two technicians that came out were friendly. First one checked the filters, etc. He informed us that the AC unit was a two stage unit and was pulling high amps. He suggested installing a soft start. I asked why wasn’t that included when the unit was first installed. We’ve had our unit 2 1/2 years and have not had any issues with it. We declined to have the Soft Start installed and 3 hours after the tech left, the compressor stopped working??? He is very professional, polite, and very knowledgeable and did a very good job explaining the diagnostic of the AC system he reconfirmed some things that I already had known. Would I use them again? Yes, we appreciate his honesty and his knowledge highly recommend thank you for your professionalism.
