I have been with this company for over 25years in that amount of time I have always trusted their services or diagnostics. I had a issue with my thermostat on saturday and Rodney Martinez helped me a whole bunch. He took his time and diagnosed the situation and made sure to involve me in everything he was doing. I have to give a shout out to not only him but the dispatch ladies as well and also the owner Karen she has always been nothing but nice. I had the best customer service with BVS. Teresa is an absolute sweetheart, she ensure I was updated on the ETA of the technician. Rodney, the technician that visited us for our repair, checked every part of our system to tell us exactly what could be the problem. He spent time and his service shows care for the customer. I’m immensely impressed by the quality of customer service this company offers! I would highly recommend them! I have already shared their details with 2 of my friends!
