**READ THE FINE PRINT** Do NOT make a purchase at Bvlgari unless you are absolutely certain you want the product forever. I found out the hard [expensive] way that Bvlgari has a no-refund policy. I would be suspicious of ANY brand that does not accept returns, luxury or otherwise. You have to really think hard about a business that isn’t willing to stand behind its product. As long as you return the product in the same state as you purchased it, you should be able to return it. Shame on me for not catching the fine print. I’ll stick to VCA, Cartier or virtually any other luxury brand that does stand behind their products.
I felt less welcome at the Bulgari Boutique. No offer beverages. No care kit to take home for my bracelet. And the specialist who helped me with the transaction seemed unfriendly with the associate who helped him to pack my bracelet. And the specialist who helped me wasn't a small talk person as well. I tried to call the boutique to book an appointment before heading there from out of town , but no one answered. I did leave a voicemail but no one call me back.
Bvlgari bracelets have always been my absolute favorite, and today I finally had the chance to visit the only official Bvlgari boutique in Texas. From the moment I walked in, I was welcomed with warmth and elegance. The store itself was beautifully designed, and the entire shopping experience was truly unforgettable.
