Extremely disappointed with the lack of customer service at this location. We visited on a Sunday hoping to browse new jewelry and have my wife's Bvlgari necklace cleaned — a simple service that takes only minutes. We were told by a staff member (Tim Y.) that cleaning is only offered on weekdays due to being "short on staff," yet he was visibly idle with nothing to do. I had never been to Bvlgari before despite being an avid jewelry lover. I had only ever seen vintage Bvlgari. I popped in to see some watches, and rings. My experience with Matt was the best experience I've ever had with a sales associate, he was so extremely and incredibly knowledgeable. He's the kind of sales associate who could sell water to a fish without making you feel weird, pressured, or uncomfortable. **READ THE FINE PRINT** Do NOT make a purchase at Bvlgari unless you are absolutely certain you want the product forever. I found out the hard [expensive] way that Bvlgari has a no-refund policy. Nine days after my initial purchase, I went into the boutique with the item I wished to return. It was only then that I learned of the no-refund policy.
