I’m very disappointed with the service I received from Bvlgari. I booked an appointment a week in advance to ensure a smooth experience. The confirmation email stated that someone from the team would contact me prior to the appointment to confirm and prepare. I even took the time to write a note specifying what I was looking for and asked to have those items ready.
