Recently visited this boutique on July 10th with my family while driving home from our cottage. We weren’t dressed up, as we were just stopping by on our way home. I had an amazing experience here thanks to Franco! I was having a hard time deciding between so many lovely pieces, but Franco was incredible. He really has an eye for what suits you. He gave me a detailed explanation for his recommendations, and I absolutely loved his reasoning behind why certain pieces suited me more. I’m so happy with my final choices and I couldn't have done it without his expert assistance.
Bvlgari's design and customer service is exceptional. Hassan is really amazing and patient. Although I got sick and couldn't make it to my appointment, he was very understanding.
I had a great experience with Hassan and can’t say enough good things about him. He is always welcoming whenever I go into the store, easy to talk to, and incredibly knowledgeable without ever being pushy. Bought the Serpenti ring from the boutique in 2020. Now I found a crack in the ring and Bulgari workshop identified there was some dust inside. (Have no idea how dust can get into the ring, poorly designed or crafted if you asked me). Now the workshop has decided to charge $200 + tax for cleaning, not even including examining if the diamonds are settled properly. The ring now retails at $14,600 CAD.
