Bought the Serpenti ring from the boutique in 2020. Now I found a crack in the ring and Bulgari workshop identified there was some dust inside. (Have no idea how dust can get into the ring, poorly designed or crafted if you asked me). Now the workshop has decided to charge $200 + tax for cleaning, not even including examining if the diamonds are settled properly. The ring now retails at $14,600 CAD.
