I had an excellent experience! Wen was incredibly attentive, helpful, and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain the different watches, answered all of our questions, and made the entire experience enjoyable without ever making us feel pressured. The entire staff was amazing, friendly, welcoming, and eager to help. Their customer service was outstanding
