I am very disappointed with my recent experiences at BVLGARI at Westfield Valley Fair. I like the brand and the jewelry itself, but the service experience has not matched the price point or the expectations of a luxury boutique. I recently visited the Bvlgari boutique and had the pleasure of being assisted by Nadya, and I cannot recommend her highly enough. My husband and I were looking for a special bracelet to celebrate our anniversary, and Nadya made the entire experience absolutely wonderful from start to finish. If you find yourself helped by Ivy , you have found excellence in service. She is smart, knowledgeable, patient and diligent. She is what every sales person should emulate. The store has sufficient stock and interesting pieces and work well with you to bring pieces in as well without a deposit or games like some brands. I highly recommend Ivy and this BVLGARi store.

Good store, went there for Serpenti Bracelet, Nadia was really helpful, patient going over variants and explaining details and narrowing down for what we wanted, size and also informed us timely about upcoming price revision

Alex at Bvlgari was absolutely wonderful. When I came into the store, my watch bracelet was too tight and she was very warm and welcoming right away. I explained the situation, and she immediately responded and helped adjust my bracelet without hesitation. On top of that, when I mentioned I was looking for something dainty and minimal for everyday wear, she took the time to show me some beautiful necklaces that were exactly my style.
