I had a super amazing experience. I landed in SFO and rushed over to the store to have a watch band sized. I was in and out quickly and the associate was very kind and helpful. I will make this location my go to for future Bvlgari purchases.

I had an amazing experience shopping here. I wanted a watch but it was not available, but thanks to Shaba Y I had a smooth experience without any stress or waiting. I was planning to fly to Honolulu or wait until till my upcoming trip to Paris to purchase the watch from there. For me costume service is the most important thing during shopping, and the service is amazing in bvlgari store in San Francisco . I highly recommend Shaba Y I can’t wait to purchase more items

I'll be honest, I don't much love entering fancy jewelry stores and am not personally into jewelry in general. But the staff here are so friendly, so unpretentious, and so helpful that I have to admit I had a great time getting a gift here for my husband. This store changed my understanding of what a jewelry buying experience could be and I absolutely recommend this store because of it's super great staff. Oh, and the store is beautiful too.

I wanted to try some of their earrings. Everything went very smoothly. The sale assciate, Sahba, was very friendly, helpful, professional and polite. She kindly offered us water and let me try my favorite earrings.
