I left a watch on March 3 for a change of battery, it is June 4th and no one has contacted me. I called yesterday, they could not locate my watch or my case and said they will call back that same day. Of course, they didn't. I just called again, they still don't know and they said the manager will call me on Monday. Really? This is Bulgari? A change of battery? Very disappointed.
