RecommendedBen and Lacey had a great first appointment today. I was so impressed with how kind and sweet everyone was. The doggos weren’t nervous at all and acted like they knew the techs and the vet for years. So glad that I chose BVL.
NEVER. THEY WHERE RUDE VERY OVERPRICED TAKED ABOUT YOU AND CALLED YOU NAMES BEHIND YOU BACK. NOT TO MENTION YOU CANT GO IN WITH YOUR BABY AND ALL YOU HEAR WHILE HE IS BACK THERE IS HIM SCREAMING AND BARKING. IT TOOK OVER AN HOUR FOR THEM TO TELL MY HUSBAND THE EXACT SAME THING HE ALREADY TOLD THEM AND THEY STILL HADN’T DONE AN EXAM. THEN THEY PROCEEDED TO LET MY HUSBAND KNOW THAT IT WOULD BE ALMOST $2000 AAND THAT WAS BEFORE THEY EVEN KNEW WHAT WAS WRONG WITH HIM. HORRIBLE JUST HORRIBLE.

I can't say enough good things about this veterinarian clinic! My sweet,15 year old cat became very ill over Christmas, and they were able to get us right in! Everyone there took amazing care of our baby boy, tried every possible treatment, but his body just didn't respond. They took such loving care of our family as we had to say goodbye to our boy! We've definitely found our veterinarian clinic for all our fur babies! ❤
