The worst experience I’ve ever had. This doctor, from the first appointment to second/last appointment, gave me nothing but terrible service. The first appointment, she had to convince me to have a pap smear done when I didn’t even feel comfortable and had the nurse stay in the room to ensure “she does her job” which was a BIG red flag. I stopped by this outfit to get prescription for my gout flair-up. The black receptionist told me "it will be very expensive without insurance and will need X-rays and other test done" I vent to Lake Nona Express Clinic, paid cash it wasn't expensive and doctor didn't even mentioned X-rays. Got my prescription and was OK the next day.
Lhi set up an appointment for me here at first every thing was okay but after the nurse saw me I waited AN HOUR AND A HALF. Just to be seen for 10 min by the doctor the professionallism is terrible
