My first experience was very bad, I had to cancel the appointment I made before and made a new appointment. The process was both painful and took two hours. I managed it somehow, but the weirdest and worst thing I saw when I came to pay the bill was that they tried to take the money for the appointment I canceled. When I said I couldn't give it, it was too much, they said give me a tip. I understood this because my English is not good, I misunderstood later. Marina and the staff at BVI are so welcoming and friendly. The online booking format makes it so easy to figure out a time slot that works with my schedule and I can book when it’s convenient for me!
