We had 19 year old solar panels on our roof, and when we had a roof leak, we decided to replace that system with new panels and an Enphase battery. BVI Solar removed our old panels and accessories and worked with our roof contractor to schedule the installation of the new system. The entire process went quickly and we were back online quickly. Everyone we worked with was terrific, and we highly recommend BVI Solar.
This company is a scam. Their installers do not install the panels correctly, and their customer service is garbage. We will be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau.
