Unprofessional, irresponsible, unresponsive when it comes to property management and Common Area Maintenance which requires immediate action to avoid further damage to customers and tenants.
I must say that their leasing agent Ryan Murphy knows his stuff. I have asked him to keep an eye out for properties and he always delivers. If you are looking to start a business or move up, call Ryan Murphy. The entire staff are professional and courteous.

One of the few companies that actually answers their phone and returns calls. My dealings with the BVB Properties Staff is they are always willing to help address any issues that may arise. Great landlord
