My tech was great, but the pricing is misleading. I got a Traditional Gel Pedi & Gel Mani which is supposed to be $78. Then they charge you extra for not using cash (?). Even with the gel polish change, I shouldn't have ended up with a bill over $110 before even adding tip. Prices should be changed online to reflect real cost. Very disappointing because I loved the atmosphere.

I called in and asked for a walk in and proceeded to get here and have to wait 25 minutes for a chair to open. I asked for short square French tip nails and this is what I received, when asked to fix the shape to the photo she said this is the best I can do when my thumb is way shoes then the rest of my nails and was charged $60. Woman that services is was named Vanessa.

I have been coming to BV Nails on Erie Blvd since they were located in the Shoppingtown mall next to Eckerd Drugs which was back in 2001. Veronica and Julie are my absolute favorites and worth me driving an hour for the best spa pedicure. I can’t recommend them enough!!!

I asked for a gel French tip pedicure service. I had to stop her because the first French she did covered half of my toe. She drilled my toenail down so far it hurt. Hit my skin while using that dirty drill bit to remove the gel. Still after all this it is not as small of a French I wanted. Bv nails in west genesee is so much better than here. There cleanly and the lady I had last time, Leyna did a beautiful job. And her massage technique was great. I will not be coming back to this location.
