Very unprofessional. Was waiting for an appointment - told them I was free on a Monday starting at 2:30PM. 2 days go by and Monday at 1:15PM I get told to “yeah come in today, 2:30.” They lack basic communication skills and speak to clients/prospects so informally/unprofessionally.
Forced to change dentist after coming here for several years as a family. Doctors are good and usually do a great job. Location is great and the place is clean with good amenities. Front office experience is a mixed one. Some are friendly but some are not. Also depends on your insurance. Had a HMO plan earlier and service was Ok. I was asked to change to a PPO plan and we did and service and friendliness was better. Most recent experience was rude.
