I don't know if you are aviliateed with Bich vuong have a Technician by name Camilo M made us sign for BV Vip member for $179 that they will service our units for free 3 times a year for free which is a lie.we called them they never honored their promise they charges us $75 just for showing up.Dont ever bë tricked to sign for this called vip they are scams.very bad experience We need our refund and not interested for the so called vip

BV installed a mini split several months ago and did a fantastic job. They were prompt, courteous and professional. Several months later, one of the units was dripping water and BV immediately came out and remedied the issue. I would recommend their services for install and repair. I cannot say enough good things about out the service level of this company.
