I came here right before closing for eyeliner for my bleached brows. I wanted to return them but I couldn’t because I already used it. I liked how it looked so I’m okay. My reason for giving three stars is that they charge you for using a card. I used a credit card however I am not sure they discriminate between charging more for debit or credit.
