When I walked in, I was immediately greeted by Kirsten. She had a pleasant energy and helpful. The store is small, but had a nice selection of products. They also seemed to be reasonably priced for what I was looking for (braiding hair, leave in conditioner).

I would like to recognize Kerstin, the manager at Fine Beauty Supply, for her outstanding customer service and professionalism. She always greets customers with a positive attitude and goes above and beyond to make sure everyone finds exactly what they need.

Unfortunately we did not have a great experience. My daughter and I went to the store as we were walking up someone passed by us to walk in the door and let the door close on my daughter so I thought it was just a rude customer. When we walked in, the person actually went behind the cash register and NEVER once greeted us. I bought our products and there was no thank you for coming absolutely Nothing. No customer service what so ever. Will not be coming back.
