Long story short, I ordered some food and they sent me the wrong order. I asked them to fix the problem and was told that they would fix half ass. I've gone here every week for year but no longer.
BB HoP is AMAZING! Best pizza I've ever had in my life! No matter what you order off their menu you're sure to be satisfied because everything is delicious. Staff goes above and beyond, all are so friendly. Best place in town!
I called about an order that was wrong and was told "this always seems to be a problem with YOU PEOPLE" when we have had 1 wrong order in 6 months. I have been ordering from buzzards bay house of pizza for the last 8 years and i can't believe the unprofessionalism that has leaked into the staff of this restaurant. If thats how they want to treat their customers then they will never get my business again.
Really good pizza, very cheesy and the meatballs on it were yummy!
