We're a fun and funky family restaurant on the banks of the Brazos River specializing in Cajun and Creole cooking, we're happy to keep it spicy or make it milder if that's your preference. We've been voted the best seafood in town. We serve hot boiled crawfish and fresh oysters on the half shell when they're in season. Wonderful lunch while visiting Waco! We went to Magnolia Square and were just in time for a late lunch. We asked a local police officer what he would recommend, He said Buzzard Billy’s. So glad he did! It was great food, amazing server and environment.
