May issues with this building and, unfortunately, the management. The main issue is safety! Women and children should not live here! 1. Violence is prevalent on the property, and it is very dangerous for women and children. I move here in 2023, I made it 8 months before I had to leave because of the fear I felt. There was a stabbing in 2024, and the homeless often sleep in the trash area and one started a fire that lit the building on fire. I am appalled by the experience I had with one of the tenants. I will preface this by saying I am not renting here but am a vendor that had an experience with a man claiming to be the owner of the building. My team and I were doing an event near by and had to unload in front of the building. Mind you there are no signs that say fire lane, no parking, literally nothing saying that you can not park or unload. Management really doesn't care that I have been complaining about dust mites,4 months,and telling them to hook up dryer and water leaking down ,which caused the problem of dust mites they bite ,they feed off your body cells,and multiple,there's alot more ,I can't lay in my bed,I can't lay on my furniture I just bought,they have eaten up my clothes ,my apartment is infected ,they have eaten up my whole body,I can't sleep every year they go up on rent,they can't keep manece people,it takes them a long time to fix things ,peopl... read more
