Called the number. Sent to what seems to be a third party customer service line. Earliest available appointment was a week out for 10 am. A day before that appointment I get a call saying the appt is now 3 pm. Then I call the morning of the app to confirm and the customer service line says 5 pm. She says she will call again later that afternoon to confirm. She never calls. I call her around 2 pm and she confirms once again 5 pm and that the tech will call me 30 minutes before he arrive. James has been by far the most communicative pest control service I've used. They give ample notice for when they will be on-site, and are always professional.
