AVOID at all costs!!! I should have reported this in 2015 when I was selling my home. The buyer & myself received a report stating that we had all kinds of problems with our crawl space. This made no sense since we had done renovations to the home and the wood rot in the crawl space had ALL been removed/replaced with new pt wood. We have tried to contact this company last year and this year several times with no avail.. we have a contract with them....call goes to busy signal .. .my husband left messages last year, they finally called back And we inform them we had tried to call and no one ever returned our call and it was very hard to get a hold of someone. They're only response was we are very busy. This year my husband has tried to call three times in the last week unable to leave a message because the phone goes directly to a busy signal....
