We had a great experience working with BuySelf Realty and Albert Hepp on our recent Minneapolis home purchase. Throughout the process, Albert provided information, communicated well, and was very responsive to our requests (daytime, nights, weekends, etc.). We also saved almost $9,000 with the commission rebate vs. a traditional realtor commission. We would definitely work with them again on future purchases/sales!
Albert was wonderful to work with. He was responsive during the weekend and always promptly replied to texts or emails. We saved over $10,000 buying our new home in Minnesota! I've used both a traditional realtor (terrible experiences) and one of his competitors (who wasn't very responsive) and I can say that Albert and the BuySelf team were fantastic from start to finish. I would not hesitate to use them again or recommend them to friends and family.
Albert is a wizard and is fighting the good fight against consumer grift by the system. Nobody should use a traditional realtor with him as an option.
