My girlfriend and I were looking for a home to rent. Throughout the application process and move (into the home and out) Corlissa Greening was amazing. My daughter rented a place at 3764 Alabama Ave S St.Louis Park. After 4 years of renting this house that we did many,many hours of yard cleanup and getting the place presentable she was told that they were not going to renew her lease, problems that she had to get fixed were windows that didn’t seal, mold around windows, air conditioner didn’t work, outlet malfunction, ignored simple requests to have maintenance things fixed, overall after my daughter moved out they increased the rent payment $400.00.
