Good luck if buyers use these inspectors. They will do a terrible job, citing non issues and kill deals for no reason. Make a mess of your house in the process. Break things and refuse to pay for them.
Terrible experience w/this company would not recommend to anyone
Highly not recommend for your home inspection. The engineer lost an important details like a cracked basement walls, a mold. Short time inspection - less than 1 hour. We spend a big money to solve the problems, that MUST to be find the Inspector of BPG Inspection. Avoid this company.
We have used BPG twice now whilst inspecting two homes that we have been under contract with, the first house fell through due to structural issues. Both times we have we have worked with Charley Hogwood who was great with both answering our questions and his attention to details. He did a through job, very pleasant and personable to work with and I would highly recommend.
